I am a first generation British Syrian visual artist based in Bath, navigating my early career as a self-taught artist.
Although I didn’t study art, I discovered my creativity unexpectedly when I completed a media-making project in 2016 at university addressing the Syrian refugee crisis.
My work explores lived experiences, focusing on themes such as grief, nostalgia, memory, and the search for connection.
